BASHCon XXV Online Registration System
For attendees

Register with the badge type you would like and make sure to enter a password so you can come back and look up events for pre registration.
Once registered you can search events by title, format (game type), or facilitator (GM) if you know what youfre looking for. Or if you just want to browse, just press the Go! Button to look. You can enroll or unenroll yourself by clicking the button next to each event.
For Gms
To add an event:
First register for BASHCon (see above)
Click on "Submit session" to bring up the add new event page
You will automatically be made the facilitator (GM) of the event.
Enter the title, maximum number of participants, a description of your event, the running time, and pick a format.
UT-BASH charges a standard $1 fee for all events to help cover the costs of the convention. We like to keep prices low for our attendees, but if you need the cost to be higher to cover material costs for your event please send an email to events@bashcon.com explaining the costs and the price you would like it changed too.
You can also list any setup/room requirements you have. The standard table is an 8f round, usually in the auditorium. We will do our best to accommodate everyone with the space and resources we have available.
If anything needs to be changed after the event has been submitted, we will have to change it so please just send an email to events@bashcon.com explaining what needs to be modified.
To get your Badge reimbursed:
We will reimburse up to $20 of the badge cost
You must run a minimum of 8 hours worth of games over the weekend and collect the event tickets from your participants. You can return to the registration desk on Sat from 5pm-11pm or on Sun from 10am-4pm to submit the tickets receive your reimbursement.
